高(gao)温(wen)电(dian)炉(lu)(lu)(lu)炼(lian)(lian)(lian)钢(gang)(gang)有利(li)于提(ti)(ti)高(gao)钢(gang)(gang)产量(liang)、节能减排(pai),可(ke)降低(di)氧气(qi)消耗(hao),减少冶炼(lian)(lian)(lian)时间,是技术发展方向(xiang)(xiang)。高(gao)温(wen)电(dian)炉(lu)(lu)(lu)炼(lian)(lian)(lian)钢(gang)(gang)已进(jin)入快(kuai)速发展期(qi),在业(ye)界已达成共识。近两(liang)年,钢(gang)(gang)铁(tie)行(xing)业(ye)供给侧结(jie)构性(xing)改革全(quan)面推进(jin),取(qu)缔“地(di)条钢(gang)(gang)”产能1.4亿吨,中频(pin)炉(lu)(lu)(lu)使用的(de)废钢(gang)(gang)绝大多数流向(xiang)(xiang)电(dian)炉(lu)(lu)(lu)和转炉(lu)(lu)(lu),废钢(gang)(gang)资源的(de)条件变化(hua)和电(dian)力(li)供给充足的(de)状况为电(dian)炉(lu)(lu)(lu)钢(gang)(gang)的(de)快(kuai)速发展提(ti)(ti)供了坚实的(de)基础(chu)。另外,钢(gang)(gang)铁(tie)行(xing)业(ye)政(zheng)策鼓励(li)产能过剩地(di)区以电(dian)炉(lu)(lu)(lu)钢(gang)(gang)的(de)形式向(xiang)(xiang)外转移,再加上(shang)环(huan)保(bao)税(shui)和碳税(shui)的(de)开(kai)征(zheng),将真正使电(dian)炉(lu)(lu)(lu)炼(lian)(lian)(lian)钢(gang)(gang)的(de)工(gong)艺(yi)优(you)势(shi)转化(hua)为经济(ji)优(you)势(shi)和成本优(you)势(shi),进(jin)一步提(ti)(ti)升电(dian)炉(lu)(lu)(lu)炼(lian)(lian)(lian)钢(gang)(gang)的(de)竞(jing)争(zheng)力(li),从(cong)而(er)促进(jin)电(dian)炉(lu)(lu)(lu)炼(lian)(lian)(lian)钢(gang)(gang)合(he)理发展。
2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),钢(gang)(gang)协(xie)会(hui)(hui)员(yuan)单(dan)(dan)位(wei)统计电(dian)(dian)(dian)炉生(sheng)产(chan)指标的(de)有(you)20个(ge)单(dan)(dan)位(wei),统计电(dian)(dian)(dian)炉工(gong)序能耗(hao)的(de)有(you)22个(ge)单(dan)(dan)位(wei)。2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),我(wo)国电(dian)(dian)(dian)炉钢(gang)(gang)产(chan)量(liang)为3261.0168万(wan)吨(dun),比(bi)(bi)2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)增(zeng)加(jia)11.74%,电(dian)(dian)(dian)炉钢(gang)(gang)比(bi)(bi)例为4.935%,呈下降趋势。因社会(hui)(hui)废钢(gang)(gang)增(zeng)加(jia)、价(jia)格低(di),电(dian)(dian)(dian)炉用(yong)废钢(gang)(gang)量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia),钢(gang)(gang)协(xie)会(hui)(hui)员(yuan)单(dan)(dan)位(wei)电(dian)(dian)(dian)炉使用(yong)废钢(gang)(gang)1421.30万(wan)吨(dun),比(bi)(bi)2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)增(zeng)加(jia)47.44%,使电(dian)(dian)(dian)炉冶(ye)炼电(dian)(dian)(dian)耗(hao)(360.65kWh,比(bi)(bi)2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)增(zeng)加(jia)55.16kWh)和冶(ye)炼时(shi)间(1.04小时(shi),比(bi)(bi)2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)增(zeng)加(jia)0.01小时(shi))增(zeng)加(jia)。
